Horsehair and Hemp floggers are produced in varying lengths, standard lengths being 27"-30". Handles are washable plastic or wood. Hemp and Horsehair produce similar sensations, though heavier Hemp Floggers can produce a very harsh sting. Wet the ends of the hemp and produce a very different sensation!
